Mini Chocolate Chip Cookies

What you need

cup granulated sugar

cup light-brown sugar
extra large egg

tsp vanilla extract

tsp baking soda

tsp kosher salt

instant vanilla pudding

cup all purpose flour

cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
1 Preheat oven to 350℉. 2 In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt unsalted butter ([adjustable]½[/adjustable] cup, i.e [adjustable]1[/adjustable] stick). Stir in granulated sugar ([adjustable]¼[/adjustable] cup) and light brown sugar ([adjustable]¾[/adjustable] cup) and mix with a whisk for 1 minute, or until mixture is cooled down. 3 Add eggs ([adjustable]2[/adjustable] large) and vanilla extract ([adjustable]2[/adjustable] teaspoons) and whisk for 2 minutes until smooth & creamy. 4 Add baking soda ([adjustable]1[/adjustable] teaspoon) and kosher salt ([adjustable]½[/adjustable] teaspoon) and stir in. 5 Add instant vanilla pudding mix ([adjustable]1[/adjustable] 3.4-ounce package) and stir. 6 Add all-purpose flour ([adjustable]1½[/adjustable] cups) and mix until incorporated. 7 Stir in mini chocolate chips ([adjustable]¾[/adjustable] cups). 11 Allow the dough to sit for 10 minutes to firm back up. This will make it possible to scoop them. 8 Scoop into 1 tablespoon scoops, split each in half, and roll into a ball. 9 Place on a parchment lined baking tray, then press extra mini chocolate chips into the top of each one. 10 Bake at 350℉ for 5-7 minutes.View original recipe
