Add all ingredients to a blender and blend for about 30 seconds until smooth.
This is a thicker milkshake and depending on the brand of ice cream, so you may need to stir halfway through. If needed, you can add a splash of milk or water to help it blend.
Pour into a glass and bask in the glory of making it homemade!
Optional: Add a drop of yellow food coloring for a signature lemonade color.
